Hulse Haus II - Just 2 miles east of Ski Cooper, Tenth
Mountain Hut System, and one of the best snowmobiling areas, Wurtz Gulch makes this location a Primo Winter rental. It is the closest lodging in Leadville to the ski mountain. This location also has unprecedented access to several alpine lakes for fishing, the Continental Trail; The Colorado Trail for hiking and mountain biking, and road cycling on the State Scenic By-way US-24 during the spring, summer, and fall.

There's plenty of room for 6-8 and all your outdoor gear. 
And when it's time to slow down, the fire pit takes the chill off while you grill on the covered private patio area.  Access to the CDT and CT provides endless fun for all seasonal outdoor activities like hiking, biking. or snowshoeing. And all the other activities and adventures from A to Z awaits you in either direction on US-24  like antiquing, kayaking, train rides, and zip-lining.

Inside, the comfort continues with an open kitchen, dining and family room complete with a comfy couch, love seat and recliner around a wood stove and hearth. The family room has Rocky Mountain decor and is equipped with cable, internet, TV, DVD. The Dining room area seats 6 with easy access and views to the deck.  The Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cooking and serving ware, and utensils. The bath rooms are conveniently located on the same floor.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Each bedroom is complete 
with pillow top queen bed. The double windows offer great vistas of the surrounding area.  All rooms have closet space and dressers.  All bedrooms have bedding coordinates and comforters. The Kids room has a double and single bunk with dresser. The utility room with washer and dryer is located in the garage. Remember to bring all your outside gear, equipment and toys. There's a garage to safely store them while you cruise into town for dinner, shopping or to catch a play.
